Chicken Fricassee

| Chicken breast | 500g |
| Soup vegetables1 | 1 Bunch |
| Chicken stock | 500ml |
| Button mushrooms | 300g |
| Butter | 50g |
| Flour | 50g |
| Lemon juice | 2 Tbs |
| Cream | 100g |
| White wine (optional) | 50ml |
| Onion | 1 medium |
| Black Peppercorns | 5 pieces |
| Salt | 10g |
| Pimento | 5 pieces |
| Cloves | 5 pieces |
| Bay leaves | 2 |
| Lovage | 2 branches |
Cooking
- Wash chicken breast and put into a big pot (as a whole)
- Wash the soup vegetables, peel the celery, cut everything into rough pieces
- Peel onion, stick the cloves into the onion
- Put the soup vegetables, onion, lovage und other spices to the chicken breast in the pot
- Add 1l of water to the pot
- Cook for 30 min

- Wash the mushrooms and cut into slices
- Fry them in a pot with 50g of Butter
- Season with salt

- Add the flour and stir
- Add 500ml of chicken stock and let it come to a boil
- Add the cream, lemon juice, and the optional white wine
- Take the chicken breast out of the pot and cut it into bite sized peices
- Put the chicken breast into the pot with the sauce

- Serve on rice
