제육볶음 - Fried Porkbelly

For the sauce

| Kor. chili powder | 1 tbsp |
| Soysauce | 2 tbsp |
| Oyster sauce | 1 tbsp |
| Minced garlic | 1 tbsp |
| Sesame oil | 1 tbsp |
| Hony | 1 tsp |
| Sugar | 1 tsp |
| Black pepper | A little dash |
For frying

| Porkbelly | ca 350 g |
| Onion | 1 small |
| Carrot | 1 small |
| Spring onion | 2 or so |
Cooking
- Mix all ingredien
for the sauce - Cut porkbelly into very thin mouth-sized pieces
- Cut onions into half moons
- Cut carrots into thin strips
- Cut spring onions into rings and separate white and green parts (the white ones will be fried, the green ones are garnish)
- Cook the desired amount of rice
- Put the porkbelly into a cold pan and put it on the heat
- When the meat starts to turn brown mix in the sauce
- Add the vegetables
- Add the green parts of the spring onions before serving
