Ingredients

For the sauce

Inedient Amount
Kor. chili paste 3 tbsp
Kor. chili powder 1 tbsp
Soysauce 2 tbsp
Oyster sauce 1 tbsp
Minced garlic 1 tbsp
Sesame oil 1 tbsp
Hony 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Black pepper A little dash

For frying

Ingredient Amount
Porkbelly ca 350 g
Onion 1 small
Carrot 1 small
Spring onion 2 or so

Cooking

  • Mix all ingredien for the sauce
  • Cut porkbelly into very thin mouth-sized pieces
  • Cut onions into half moons
  • Cut carrots into thin strips
  • Cut spring onions into rings and separate white and green parts (the white ones will be fried, the green ones are garnish)
  • Cook the desired amount of rice
  • Put the porkbelly into a cold pan and put it on the heat
  • When the meat starts to turn brown mix in the sauce
  • Add the vegetables
  • Add the green parts of the spring onions before serving
